About the Job

Position Summary: As the Director, Supply Solutions (Fashion), you will lead inventory planning, fulfillment excellence, and order management from global origin countries to retail markets. You will drive direct import sales growth and unlock value by ensuring inventory availability while reducing holding, shipping, and production costs through optimized inventory flow. Setting overall direction for the Fashion category, you will translate business objectives and customer needs into strategies, plans, and practices that deliver planned sales, in-stock, and inventory goals — all while developing high-performing teams and building strategic supplier partnerships that strengthen supply chain efficiency and reliability.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

About The Team

The Supply Solutions team is accountable for managing inventory, ensuring fulfillment excellence, and overseeing order management from global origins to retail markets. We are dedicated to driving direct import sales growth and unlocking value by ensuring inventory is available while reducing holding, shipping, and production costs. We collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to continuously improve operational efficiency, optimize the supply chain, and meet all sales, in-stock, and inventory goals.

About The Role

This is a strategic, executive-level leadership role with direct impact on our direct import sales and financial goals. You will set the direction for Supply Solutions across multiple Fashion portfolios, owning the seamless flow of inventory from global origins to retail markets and the delivery of sales, in-stock, inventory, and profitability goals. Central to the role is building and developing a high-performing organization, forging strategic partnerships with import suppliers, and sponsoring cross-functional initiatives that improve production planning, lead-time reliability, and end-to-end supply chain efficiency. You will also champion continuous improvement across processes and tools to sustain operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Set overall direction for Supply Solutions (Fashion) by translating business objectives and customer needs into strategies, plans, and practices — building organizational support and measuring outcomes to ensure results.
  • Own inventory strategy and daily operations across multiple portfolios, partnering with supply chain stakeholders to meet financial and strategic plans at the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high operational excellence to consistently deliver on our customer promise. This involves active engagement and influence across our end-to-end supply chain—partnering with retail markets, suppliers, sourcing, logistics providers, and merchants to keep inventory moving smoothly.
  • Optimize inbound inventory flow from origin countries to distribution centers to grow sales through inventory availability while reducing holding, shipping, and production costs.
  • Drive financial planning and results by sponsoring cross-functional projects, approving inventory budgets and goals, and translating supply chain strategies into actionable inventory management plans.
  • Build strategic supplier partnerships through joint business planning, capacity planning, and fulfillment excellence to strengthen production planning capability, lead-time consistency, and reliability.
  • Partner with the Import Demand Planning team on demand and fulfillment for import inventory from origins to retail warehouses, enabling merchant strategies and value unlock.
  • Collaborate with senior and executive leadership on corporate and divisional strategic initiatives — providing input to project design and leading teams through pilots, simulations, and change across systems, processes, and the organization.
  • Analyze financial performance, external market factors, and industry benchmarks to anticipate challenges, align resources, and embed continuous improvement as best practice.
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams that execute Supply Solutions processes end to end, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of inventory from origin countries to retail markets.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies — recruiting, development, mentorship, and succession planning — to attract and retain a highly skilled and engaged workforce.
  • Champion a culture of integrity and ethics by embedding company standards of conduct into programs and practices.
  • Develop and leverage internal and external partnerships and networks — including key community outreach and involvement — to maximize the achievement of business goals.

What You'll Bring

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Transportation, Retailing, Business, or a related field.
  • 15–20 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, business, trading, or a related field, including at least 8–10 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Experience with a retailer, major brand, or importer/agent serving a major retail customer in Fashion (Footwear, Apparel, and Accessories & Gear) is preferred.
  • Broad industry knowledge spanning distribution methods, component costing, manufacturing methods, brand equity, regulatory requirements, industry specifications, and competitive dynamics.
  • Proven ability to establish and execute budgets — controlling costs, meeting budget requirements, and adjusting as business needs change.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to adapt best practices from other companies and industries to the organization.
  • Financial competence: ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and data to diagnose business realities, identify key issues, and shape strategies and plans.
  • Proven ability to interpret statistical analyses to predict outcomes, inform data-driven decisions, perform root cause analysis, and drive effective issue resolution.
  • Proven ability to recruit and build high-performing teams and to catalyze commitment to high performance standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an excellent command of English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), plus a strong command of modern business and analytics tools — including data-visualization and BI platforms such as Power BI, and the use of AI-powered and advanced analytics tools to generate insight, automate reporting, and accelerate supply chain decisions.
