Job Purpose:
Lead and drive the growth and development of the Transaction Banking Department, delivering innovative financial transaction solutions to meet the evolving needs of corporate clients. Ensure excellence in service delivery, risk management, and compliance, while fostering a high-performing team culture aligned with the Banks strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand transaction banking products and services, including cash management, trade finance, and payment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Oversee the management of daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance with regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals to achieve business targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive integrated banking solutions and enhance overall client experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to proactively adapt strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
- Ensure the department meets financial goals and adheres to internal policies and external regulations.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Advanced certifications such as MBA, CFA, or equivalent are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in transaction banking, corporate banking, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing transaction banking products, client relationships, and driving business growth.
Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of transaction banking products including cash management, trade finance, payment systems, and treasury solutions.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with market trends and innovations in transaction banking services.
