We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Strategic Investment & Development to join the CEO Office, with a dual mandate of developing investment opportunities and attracting investors to the Fintech International Financial Center (Fintech IFC), while supporting the CEO & Chairman in driving strategic priorities and key business initiatives.

This is a high-impact strategic role requiring strong capabilities in investment, business development, investor relations, strategic partnerships, executive communication, and cross-functional execution.

The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO & Chairman and engage with investors, financial institutions, fintech companies, strategic partners, and other senior stakeholders to identify and develop investment opportunities, strengthen the Fintech ecosystem, and accelerate strategic initiatives.

1. Strategic Investment & Investor Attraction

Develop and execute strategies to attract domestic and international investors to the Fintech International Financial Center (Fintech IFC).
Identify, develop, and manage a pipeline of potential investors, investment opportunities, strategic partners, and ecosystem participants.
Build and maintain strong relationships with VC/PE funds, institutional investors, family offices, banks, financial institutions, multinational corporations, fintech companies, and technology companies.
Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities across Fintech, Financial Services, Digital Banking, Payments, AI, Blockchain, Digital Economy, and related sectors.
Develop investment propositions, business cases, market analysis, investment materials, and presentations to effectively communicate the Fintech IFC's vision, value proposition, and investment opportunities.
Lead high-level engagement with investors and strategic partners, including investor meetings, business matching, roadshows, investment forums, and international market development activities.
Support and/or lead discussions and negotiations with potential investors and partners, working closely with relevant internal stakeholders to facilitate investment and partnership opportunities.
Monitor investment trends, capital flows, market developments, and fintech ecosystem trends to identify new opportunities and strengthen the investment proposition of the Fintech IFC.
Develop strategic relationships with relevant government agencies, industry associations, financial institutions, and ecosystem organizations to support investor attraction and ecosystem development.
Represent the company and/or CEO & Chairman in selected high-level investor and strategic partner engagements when delegated.

2. CEO Office & Strategic Execution

Act as a key strategic partner to the CEO & Chairman, supporting the development and execution of strategic priorities and critical business initiatives.
Translate the CEO & Chairman's strategic direction into clear priorities, action plans, milestones, and execution roadmaps.
Conduct research and analysis on strategic business opportunities, investment opportunities, market developments, competitors, and other topics to support executive decision-making.
Prepare executive presentations, briefing notes, business analysis, meeting materials, and strategic recommendations for the CEO & Chairman.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and business units to drive the execution of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with executive priorities.
Monitor the progress of key initiatives and provide regular updates to the CEO & Chairman, highlighting key achievements, issues, risks, opportunities, and decisions required.
Follow up on key decisions and directives from the CEO & Chairman, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and timely execution.
Coordinate and facilitate high-level meetings with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring appropriate preparation, follow-up, and closure of agreed actions.
Support the CEO & Chairman in managing relationships with senior executives, investors, strategic partners, government-related stakeholders, and other key external parties.
Lead or coordinate special projects assigned by the CEO & Chairman, particularly projects related to investment, Fintech ecosystem development, strategic partnerships, new business opportunities, and digital transformation.
Serve as a bridge between the CEO & Chairman and relevant internal/external stakeholders to ensure effective communication, alignment, and execution.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.

Yêu cầu công việc/ Qualifications:

1. Strategic Investment & Investor Attraction

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Investment, Banking, or related fields; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
10–15+ years of experience in Investment, Investor Relations, Corporate Development, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, VC/PE, Banking, Fintech, or related fields.
Proven track record in investment origination, investor attraction, fundraising, strategic partnerships, business development, or ecosystem development.
Strong network and established relationships with investment funds, institutional investors, family offices, financial institutions, corporates, or strategic partners.
Strong understanding of investment, financial markets, Fintech, Financial Services, and technology business models.
Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation, relationship management, business development, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

2. CEO Office & Strategic Execution

Proven experience working closely with CEO, Chairman, C-level executives, or senior leadership in a strategic, corporate development, or Chief of Staff capacity.
Strong capabilities in strategic planning, business analysis, project execution, and cross-functional coordination.
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-level materials.
Excellent executive communication, presentation, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
High level of maturity, integrity, ownership, confidentiality, and discretion.
Fluent English with the ability to communicate effectively with international investors, senior executives, and strategic stakeholders.
