Director of Revenue, Pullman Saigon Centre

About The Role

Accor is recruiting a Director of Revenue for Pullman Saigon Centre, an upscale hotel in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City serving business and leisure travellers.

You will own the hotel's top line: building strategies to grow rooms and food and beverage revenue, and leading forecasting and budgeting. You will use market, competitor and customer data to set pricing and distribution strategy, and report insights to the executive team. You will also lead and mentor the revenue team and work across departments so strategies are delivered consistently. Accor says experience with the IDeaS revenue platform is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities

• Set strategies to maximise rooms and food and beverage revenue
• Own the hotel's overall top-line performance
• Analyse market trends, competitors and customer data
• Lead forecasting and budgeting
• Track performance and give the executive team clear recommendations
• Lead and develop the revenue management team
  
  

Requirements

• Three to five years in senior revenue management roles
• A certificate or degree in business administration or hotel management
• Proven team leadership
• Experience with IDeaS is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of distribution, online travel agencies and market trends
