Overview
Be responsible for partnering with leaders to deliver an HR service in line with the needs and priorities of the Group. Translate Group business requirements into effective HR practices, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.
Leading and deploying consistent application, implementation, and improvement of approved strategies at all levels and Divisions/Subsidiaries/JVs within the business.
Responsibilities
Provide overall HR Business Partner with solutions for businesses in a daily basis based on standard operating instructions and procedures from HR COE.
- Determine and optimize the detailed number of personnel plans every year to match the business plan.
- Translate business requirements into effective HR practices, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Oversee the implementation and delivery of key HR initiatives as the key interface between professional HR and the business in operations.
- Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
- Provide consultancy and cascade standard implementation/updates of Group HR policies and procedures to Subsidiaries/JVs in terms of employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, promotions, job change management.
Performance management
- Ensure KPIs align with the job description and annual business plan.
- Check quality of PMS setting/year-end for CM/MD/GD role in Subsidiaries.
- Partner with learning and development to identify and deliver training as required on an annual basis.
Promotion & job change
- Manage promotions up to management level to ensure reflection of competence and comparability.
- Work with Subsidiaries leaders to ensure any salary revisions proposal are aligned within new roles.
Organization Development
- Cascade and manage proper execution of organization structure, organization chart, change initiatives at Subsidiaries/JVs.
Employee communication and relations
- Resolving complex employee relation issues and address grievances.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Handling occupational safety issues, proposing to improve SOP processes and operations.
- Ensure that all human resource functions meet relevant legal compliance requirements.
Projects / Initiatives & Strategy
Partner with Group CPO and other HR colleagues in the implementation of the strategic HR Plan, projects and initiatives at subsidiaries/JVs to positively add value to both our business and employees.
Risk Management & Compliance
- Resolve complex employee relation issues and address grievances.
- Ensure that all human resource functions meet relevant legal compliance requirements.
Assist Group CPO in projects / HR Initiative & stragegy
Partner with Group CPO and other HR colleagues in the implementation of the strategic HR Plan, projects and initiatives at subsidiaries/JVs to positively add value to both our business and employees.
Required skills and behaviors
Background / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economic, Human Resource Management
- At least 10 years of working experience in managerial position in HR professional & HRBP including at least 5 years of experience in similar position in the company with the same scale.
- Proficiency in English
