Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute market expansion strategies for the optometry service network.
  2. Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and recommend new locations or service lines.
  3. Partner with Marketing and Business Development to build effective go-to-market plans.
  4. Design scalable operating models for both clinical and non-clinical functions.
  5. Oversee daily operations across all units to ensure efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.
  6. Establish and manage operational KPIs to optimize productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  7. Lead and mentor direct reports, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, including hospitals, to align operational standards.
  9. Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance protocols.
  10. Support the piloting of new operating models, technology initiatives, and readiness for research or development projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in operations or commercial management, preferably within healthcare or multi-site service environments.
  • Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role with strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
  • Proven experience in scaling operations or managing multi-location service delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of operational design, process optimization, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Solid financial acumen, including budgeting and cost management.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong cultural fit with values cantered on patient focus, compliance, responsibility, respect, excellence, and empathy.
