We are a fast-growing Vietnamese freight forwarding company seeking an experienced Deputy Director of Sales to lead and expand our Sales organization in the Southern region.
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing large sales teams, and developing strategic customer relationships in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Sales teams in the Southern region, including Key Account, Free-hand Sales, and Sales Support.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
- Oversee large-scale sales teams and ensure effective performance management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and carriers.
- Work closely with Operations, Pricing, and Finance to ensure competitive and profitable solutions.
- Monitor sales KPIs, forecast performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Coach, develop, and evaluate Sales Managers and Team Leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.
- Minimum 810 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics sales, with at least 35 years in a senior management role.
- Previous experience working in companies with 300+ employees.
- Proven experience managing Sales teams of 20+ staff.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding services, pricing structures, and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
