JOB DESCRIPTION:
The purpose of the role is to build capability development strategy to close the gap for frontline managers, sales force and support other functions of CIBG Division. The role is responsible for designing and executing enterprise-wide strategies that build organizational capabilities, enhance workforce performance, and support long-term business growth. This role leads the development of learning ecosystems, leadership pipelines, and functional capability frameworks aligned with strategic priorities.
1. Capability Development Management:
- Engage business stakeholders and partners to identify capability development needs, build and manage Overall Development Plan (including Capability Construct and Learning Roadmap) for all RM frontline positions
- Manage impact assessment and readiness for initiatives/ other strategy changes related to the Overall Development Plan (e.g.: new products, new service model, changes in policies/ legal regulations, etc.).
- Manage change implementation.
- Build and manage planning, budget and financial management.
2. Capability development solution Design and Development:
- Define and validate learning objectives and outlines, learning assets, approach and evaluation parameters
- Create learning assets, leveraging standardized templates and asset development parameters for wide range of assets
- Managing Projects: Engages stakeholders to manage development of new (or revision of) learning asset (including managing vendors, if applicable)
3. Capability development solution Implementation and Evaluation:
- Manage implementation of training/ facilitation/ coaching activities, as well as post-training evaluation model/ process/ tools/ system
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
- Minimum 12+ years of progressive experience in capability development, learning & development, or talent management, including at least 7 years at managerial role
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide development initiatives in complex organizations, with solid understanding in corporate banking is a big plus point
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
- Experience with digital learning platforms, leadership frameworks, and competency modeling.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
