PURPOSE:

Build up a professional training roadmap

plan, organize and deliver high quality training to sales force following training roadmap by developing a professional training team which could exceed the industry standards and meet the company business objectives.

Promote engagement to develop and retain talents, improve the capability of sales force.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

.Take charge of development roadmap for AD channel

.Ensure high quality of training developed and designed to train both in class and online

.Train, certify and develop Trainers and Financial Wealth Trainers (FWT) to soar over the industry standards

.Formulize all training, administration and licensing procedures to ensure high operating effectiveness

.Ensure training programs meet business objectives and expectations by conducting thorough needs analysis and consulting training implementation strategy to stack holders.

.Provide guidelines and consultation to D&D Team Leader to ensure all training designs meet with standard requirements before launching.

.Regularly revisit existing training programs to recommend updates to address gaps and assess potential for conversion to online delivery

.Activate E-learning project

.Ensure AD/Trainer training programs meet business objectives and expectations by conducting thorough needs analysis and consulting training implementation strategy to NCAO.

.Build and maintain high quality resource of external training suppliers and internal coordinators (Heads of internal operating functions) to explore and develop AD/Trainer training curriculum

.Plan and supervise follow-up activities to ensure high quality of transfer-of-training

.Ensure all AD/Trainers are well-equipped with skills and knowledge and certified to conduct new training programs.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

.Minimum 10 years experience in training and managing people

.Ability to strategize

.Ability to work well with people of all levels within the organization

.High degree of professionalism and good business etiquette

.Resilience and high EQ

.People skills

.Deep insights into life insurance industry (products and life insurance knowledge)

.Be able to consult and provide solution to cases
