THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for Director, Agency Planning & Strategic Initiatives who
- Is partner with CAO to build Agency Strategy for all business models under Agency Distribution.
- Translates Agency Strategy into execution phase to realize #1 quality intrapreneurs, agency leaders and agents though compensation system design and driving strategic Initiatives.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop Agency strategy plan together with CAO.
- Be accountable for setting the yearly plan for all sub-channels & identifying the initiatives that support for agency to achieve its target.
- Work with Group Agency office for strategies planning, to cascade the group initiatives to VN Agency and supervising the progress of projects from group level.
- Develop the scheme of compensation, incentives and campaigns, contest for salesforce and sales staffs to drive performance, achieve both quantity and quality results within budget.
- Provide the insights from analytics to help sub-channels deliver targets.
- Design and drive Agency initiatives to uplift quality salesforce of both agents and leaders.
- Set direction to Agency Management including agency administrations (recording, reporting, system, payments, GA processes ) to ensure the sustainability of agency operation and react proactively to the changes of business. Simplifying, digitalizing operational service, and reporting processes to increase the user experiences and staff productivities.
- Lead and build up impactful HPT formula.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 10-year experience in Distribution Management, experience in life insurance field
- Strong Planning experience with validated skills in analyzing, recommending, and driving improvements, and actively looking for creative and innovative ways to do things
- In-depth understanding of the business model in detail and long-term strategic direction and goals
- Strong experience in leading service operations, standards
- Experience in developing teams to lead and empower diverse and geographically distributed teams of professional people to accomplish goals
- Stakeholder Management and Communicate efficiently with people internally and externally at different levels, both in Vietnamese and English
- Validated experience in working within an environment of rapid change to perform systems implementations, process improvement, and change management under major transformation program, new organization model
