About The Role
We are seeking a seasoned
Senior Business Development / Consultant to drive enterprise growth with clients in
Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) as well as other key verticals such as
Retail, Logistics, and Technology.
This role requires a rare blend of
strategic consulting mindset and
business development execution. The successful candidate must be able to engage C-level executives, deeply understand industry-specific business processes, and design
AI/SaaS solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
We Welcome Two Strong Candidate Profiles
- Enterprise Sales Leaders: 10+ years of B2B experience with a proven track record in closing complex enterprise deals.
- Enterprise Consultants (Client-side): 10+ years of experience in BFSI, Retail, Logistics, or other large enterprises; deeply familiar with business processes, digital transformation initiatives, and capable of acting as a trusted advisor.
Candidates with backgrounds from
product-based technology companies (software, SaaS, AI, Cloud) or from
enterprise consulting roles in BFSI/Retail/Logistics will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify, target, and win new enterprise clients in BFSI and other strategic verticals.
- Leverage industry knowledge and consulting mindset to open conversations at C-level and business-unit head level.
- Translate enterprise challenges (compliance, customer onboarding, fraud detection, logistics optimization, retail efficiency, etc.) into tailored AI/SaaS solutions.
Consulting & Business Process Understanding
- Engage with clients as a trusted advisor, mapping their business processes and identifying transformation opportunities.
- Build business cases demonstrating ROI, cost optimization, or new revenue streams through digital/AI adoption.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in BFSI, Retail, and Logistics.
Account Management & Growth
- Farm and expand key accounts into long-term partnerships through consultative engagement.
- Design account growth plans, ensuring client success and maximizing solution adoption.
- Act as the bridge between client stakeholders and internal product/delivery teams.
Deal Structuring & Negotiation
- Lead high-value contract negotiations with enterprise clients, structuring deals via subscription, hybrid, or revenue-share models.
- Balance client needs with company growth targets, ensuring sustainable and scalable deals.
Execution & Collaboration
- Consistently deliver against ambitious KPIs.
- Work under pressure with autonomy while coordinating with cross-functional teams (Product, Delivery, Marketing).
- Mentor junior team members, contributing to building a high-performance consulting & business development culture.
Job Requirement
Must-have
- 10+ years of professional experience in either:
- Enterprise Sales (Tech/SaaS/AI/Cloud): Proven track record of closing complex six-to-seven figure B2B deals.
- Enterprise Consulting / Client-side (Bn A): Extensive experience in BFSI, Retail, Logistics, or related verticals, leading or advising on digital transformation and process optimization.
Nice To Have
- Strong industry knowledge in BFSI processes (onboarding, compliance, risk, CX) or enterprise processes in Retail/Logistics (supply chain flows, branch/store operations, customer engagement).
- Ability to communicate with clarity and authority to C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
- Background in product-based technology companies or experience procuring and deploying enterprise technology solutions.
- Excellent business acumen, consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
