PURPOSE

This position will be responsible of driving agency strategic metrics, ensuring quality business activities and thus proactively avoiding potential risks, monitoring risk and compliance factors and conducting business quality assurance training in the assigned sales regions.

KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES

• Ensure the business activities are aligned with the strategies and are carried out thoroughly among the sales regions

• Directly manage (work with) General Agency directors, Agency Leaders and Agents to drive quality business

• Monitoring sales/recruitment quality by tracking of the leading indicators such as agency office attendance, meeting attendance skill training attendance recruitment COP/JFW, key activities schedules, and analyzing and identifying potentially risky sales locations

• Monitoring risk and compliance factors by reviewing key risk indicators following up on the agreed action plan identifying and escalating potential misconduct, fraud, red flag cases and unpleasant office environment on monthly basis

• Preparing and conducting risk and business conduct sharing for GAD and Agency Leaders (FWD/M/O)

• Frequently review & coordinate departments on respective processes related to General Agency model

• Other tasks assigned

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• University Degree

• 8-10 years of experience with thorough knowledge in Agency Management structure and insurance environment

• At least 5-year experience leading a team of minimum 2 in span of control

• Have a strong local network in financial related area will be a plus

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Good Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power Point

• Good interpersonal and communication skills including public speaking and presentation skills
