Position: Deputy Marketing & Sales Director
Reporting to: Managing Director, NL ADC
Working time: Monday to Friday
1. Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement annual sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company's financial year sales targets and align with overall business objectives.
- Product Development: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define, refine, and market affordable housing products that align with market demand and customer needs.
- Market Analysis: Lead comprehensive market research to identify customer preferences, market trends, and competitive insights, ensuring the company remains competitive.
- Pricing Strategies: Design pricing models based on market conditions, cost analysis, and profitability goals to maintain affordability and market viability.
- Team Leadership: Oversee the Marketing & Sales team, providing guidance, setting KPIs, and ensuring the achievement of departmental goals.
- Sales Kit Development: Create and manage marketing materials, sales presentations, and other collateral to support the sales team and agencies.
- Agency Management: Recruit, manage, and evaluate external sales and marketing agencies to optimize performance and ROI.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Implement and oversee effective CRM systems to track leads, manage customer interactions, and ensure excellent service delivery.
2. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing and sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role in the real estate sector.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
3. Knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, particularly in affordable housing.
- Familiarity with local regulations, compliance standards, and industry practices related to real estate.
- Expertise in marketing channels, digital marketing, and traditional advertising strategies.
- Strong understanding of customer demographics and purchasing behavior in the affordable housing segment.
