Title: Direct Sales Executive (B2B)
Department: Smart Business Solution Dept. (SBS)
Product: Multi- function copiers (MFP) and supporting Office Solutions Information Display Panel (IDP) and Interactive White Board (IWB)
Work location: Sharp Vietnam Office in Ha Noi Capital (Sharp Vietnam SVN)
5th Floor, Charmvit Office Tower, 117 Tran Duy Hung Street, Cau Giay Dist, Hanoi
Working hour: Mon Fri 8:30 AM 5:30 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM 1:00 PM)
Reporting line: Direct Sales Manager; Deputy General Manager
Responsibilities:
- Achieve the monthly sales target/ follow-up Orders & delivery/payment.
- Contact/ approach/ visit customers to introduce Sharp products (MFP, IDP, IWB).
- Taking care current accounts & developing new local accounts & foreign accounts.
- Provide solution consultation / multifunction office system for customers.
- Make quotations & take orders and follow up payment (monthly collection).
- Weekly sales review with the manager.
- Make and submit monthly/ quarterly forecasts and sales plans.
- Support products development
- Solution Package Provider combine with CE products (if any)
- Observe and develop sale activity to achieve monthly sales target.
Qualifications:
- University degree and IT background are advantages (Plus+ if any).
- Language ability: English
- Computer skill: basic software
- Experience in Direct B2B sales to end-user business clients
- Good command of communication and negotiation, Customer focused, enthusiastic and patient.
- Candidates with experience in the Office Solutions industry (MFP, IDP, IWB) are strongly preferred.
