  • Design and manage the change management plan for all digital platforms under Digital Transformation team which includes Online-to-Offline communications, training and engagement, in order to ensure all agents adopt the new system, and know how to use the features within the product.
  • Manage the planning and execution of communication activities from production preparation to promotion stage.
  • Collaborate closely with distribution channels to design the engagement activities through multiple platforms such as roadshow, big events, GA office visit
  • Create and manage agent community to make digital tool go viral
  • Collaborate closely with distribution channels to manage the execution plan.
  • Work with distribution training team to implement TTT and inject learning materials into relevant training program for all agents
  • Join offline events with other stakeholders to promote digital products (sharing on stage, activation booth, activation activities, etc.)
  • Build up a good relationship with distribution channels to design and manage Change Management Plan effectively
  • Performance tracking, analysis and reporting to ensure the quality of the communication and engagement for digital transformation.
  • Others: to be assigned by the Line manager or Company's management (if any).
