Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of integrated digital transformation projects. Contribute to client and in-house digital transformation projects under the guidance of the Business Director.
Work closely with the digital transformation team to provide necessary support to the Business Director. Engage in collaborative efforts with other departments to integrate digital strategies across the company.
Participate in the planning and implementation of marketing digital transformation projects for clients. Assist in managing client relationships and communications.
Contribute to the management of digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Assist in supervising client reports and provide support in client negotiations.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing and transformation.
Apply this knowledge to contribute to innovative and effective strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 710 years of experience in business development, client management, and/or consulting, preferably with a focus on the Japanese market.
Experience in the fields of CDP, e-commerce, website development, app development, and CRM.
Demonstrated track record of leading strategic projects and achieving financial and operational targets.
Nice to Have
Experience with data projects (Sales reporting, Product catalogs, or Customer insights).
Adaptable, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills tailored to Japanese and international audiences.
Experience leading digital projects and presenting to clients(or internal projects).
Experience with e-commerce (Shopee.Lazada/Martech, Shopify/Magento, payment, logistics, etc).
