Digital Performance Specialist

Overview: This role is a comprehensive position encompassing all areas of PPC marketing (social and search). It requires a strong understanding of the broader digital marketing landscape, a willingness to learn and adapt as our clients approach us with different setups and opportunities, and in-depth technical knowledge across all fields of PPC. This includes UTM setup, account setup, conversion tracking, creative development, audience generation, client relationship management, and critical thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and planning a variety of ads campaigns across a range of digital channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Linkedin, etc.)
- Setting up conversion tracking across a variety of channels.
- Overseeing existing campaigns and optimize them.
- Working with the creative team to have ads and copy writing for ads campaigns.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their target market.
- Producing detailed analysis and reports of campaigns.
- Analysing trends and making data-driven decisions.
- Presenting data and reports to a range of audiences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience, with an openness to train junior candidates.
- Fluent in English at work settings.
- Experience using tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC networks.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, Agency Analytics (or alternatives).
- Knowledge of data analysis and manipulation.
- A good understanding of how digital ads fit into the broader digital marketing ecosystem.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Creative and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
