We are seeking a data-driven, creative thinker to join our team as a Digital Marketing & Performance Campaign Manager. In this role, you will own the end-to-end planning, execution and optimization of performance campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement and ROI across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, set up and manage advertisement campaigns to acquire and retarget users across email, social media, search engines, app stores and display networks.
- Monitor and analyze campaign data to optimize performance and achieve target KPIs for users, conversions and ROI.
- Gather and organize data to produce detailed reports on campaign performance and key metrics.
- Conduct frequent A/B tests to extract actionable insights for scaling and quality optimization.
- Collaborate with the in-house creative team to develop winning ads that elevate digital marketing efficiency.
- Partner with external agencies and our technical team to implement SEO and ASO initiatives.
- Manage additional online channelssuch as email, SMS and marketing automationto craft a seamless onboarding journey for new users.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and performance advertising.
- Hands-on expertise with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, App Store Connect or equivalents.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into action.
- Demonstrated experience running A/B tests and working with marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally.
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
