WHAT YOULL DO
Performance Marketing
- Plan, set up, and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn (if needed)
- Manage ad budgets and test creatives, audiences, landing pages
- Track KPIs like CPC, CPL, Conversion Rate, and ROI
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
- Implement on-page SEO (meta, H1/H2, internal links)
- Support off-page SEO and link-building efforts
- Audit and improve the sites SEO health and ranking performance
Content for SEO & Campaigns
- Draft or refine landing page copy, blog articles, and ads content
- Create or advise on lead magnets (eBooks, checklists, pricing sheets, etc.)
- Collaborate on content ideas for both paid and organic channels
Email Marketing (if CRM or lead base is available)
- Build and execute drip email campaigns
- Assist with customer nurturing and retention strategies
Analytics & Improvement
- Optimize internal processes related to SEO, paid ads, and analytics
- Monitor performance via GA4, Google Search Console, Facebook Pixel, etc.
- Report campaign results regularly and recommend actionable improvements (including UI/UX if relevant)
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, in B2B or service-based companies
- Good English communication
- Proficient in performance marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn)
- Strong SEO knowledge (on-page & off-page) and familiar with tools like GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush
- Proactive, result-driven mindset
