Revenue Optimization: Manage and optimize the performance of our ad network partners. Directly set up and fine-tune ad waterfalls and conduct A/B tests to maximize revenue.
Forecasting & Troubleshooting: Evaluate, anticipate, and identify potential issues affecting ad revenue and proactively implement solutions.
Collaboration & Consultation: Work closely with Product and Game Design teams to propose ideas and solutions for integrating ad formats (placements, formats, frequency) naturally and effectively to grow revenue without negatively impacting user retention.
Market Research & Intelligence: Continuously research the market, monitor new advertising trends in the mobile gaming industry, and track competitor activities to implement best practices.
Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with ad network and publisher partners.
Experience & Knowledge
II. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT / SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES
2-3 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Ads Monetization, User Acquisition, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing).
Solid knowledge of the mobile game market, especially the Free-to-Play (F2P) model and performance marketing techniques.
Hands-on experience with major Ad Network and Mediation platforms (e.g., Google AdMob, IronSource, AppLovin MAX, etc.).
An understanding of game economy and how advertising impacts user behavior is a strong plus.
Skills
Fluent in English (both written and verbal) for effective communication with international partners.
Excellent data analysis skills: Proficient in analyzing key metrics (Impressions, Fill Rate, eCPM, ARPDAU) and capable of translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Strong coordination skills, with the ability to sync tasks and information across multiple teams (Product, Marketing, Tech).
Abilities
