Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for training programs in alignment with the schools brand direction.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer insights, target audiences, and emerging trends.
- Manage, optimize, and evaluate performance across digital channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing Facebook, Instagram, Zalo..., Email Marketing, Content Marketing).
- Build, allocate, and manage digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Monitor, analyze campaign data, prepare regular performance reports, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Propose and implement innovative ideas and solutions to enhance customer experience and boost enrollment effectiveness.
- Lead, coach, and develop the digital marketing team (if any).
- Proficiently use data analytics and performance tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ads Manager, CRM, etc.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure consistency across marketing messages and activities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably with exposure to the education sector.
- Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, Social Media Ads, Email Marketing, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
- Skilled in planning, budgeting, data analysis, and campaign optimization.
- Strategic thinking, creativity, and agility in adapting to market trends.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and team management skills.
- Ability to start working immediately is preferred.
Salary: 1820 million VND Gross
