Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Droppii, you'll drive full-funnel growth across Droppii Mall and Droppii Biz. From acquiring new users to converting and retaining them, you'll lead performance marketing and lifecycle campaigns that fuel our mission to democratize e-commerce through social selling.

What You'll Do

• Run digital campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) to drive app installs, C1 conversion, and optimize CAC
• Build lifecycle marketing flows (email, push, in-app) to improve retention and repeat order rates
• Execute promotional strategies for flash sales, mega campaigns, and product launches with strong ROAS
• Develop toolkits, ads, and content to empower Droppii Biz agents to sell more effectively
• Track and analyze key growth metrics: Installs, CAC, C1 Rate, ROAS, LTV, RPR
• Monitor competitor trends and identify new growth opportunities

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in performance marketing, growth, or e-commerce
• Strong in Meta/TikTok/Google Ads, A/B testing, CRM tools
• Data-savvy with tools like GA4, Appsflyer, Metabase, PowerBI
• Creative thinker with a bias for action and rapid testing, with a foundation understanding of AARRR funnel.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional startup team
