Job Description

Founded in 2009 in Orange County, California, Yes4All has grown to become one of theleading names in the fitness, furniture and lifestyle market. A significant player in e-commerce since 2016, we were among the first invited to Amazons Vendor Central (AVC) program and have been a top-12 Sports & Outdoors brand on Amazon since 2021.

We expanded our presence across the USA and 17 international markets, reaching $132M GMV with 74% YoY growth in 2023, achieving 26% YoY GMV growth in 2024 and a 3.5X increase in EBITDA. With 2,000+ SKUs on platforms like Amazon, Wayfair, and Walmart, we continue to scale.

I. RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY

1. Digital Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies & tactics aligned with the overall business goals.
  • Constantly optimize all digital marketing initiatives to increase traffic and conversion rate

2. Performance Marketing

  • Develop annual plan & budget by channels and by campaigns
  • Manage execution to ensure optimization of strategic set of metrics at each marketing funnel

3. Content listing:

  • Conduct market research to define Y4As position competitive landscape
  • Develop content strategy by platform by market by devices
  • Constant optimize content listing to ensure competitive advantages

4. Analytics and Reporting

  • Build and optimize division dashboard to manage strategic metrics.

5. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

  • Co-drive category performance with cross-functional teams: Category team, Product Marketing team, Finance

6. Innovation and Stay Updated

  • Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and emerging platforms to continuously innovate digital marketing strategies.

7. A/B Testing and Optimization:

  • Conduct A/B testing on various elements of campaigns to optimize for better performance.
  • Implement continuous improvements based on data-driven insights

II. REQUIREMENTS

1. Knowledge

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Technology or related field.
  • Possessing Amazon Advertising certification is preffered.

2. Skills

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends to drive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for digital marketing innovations.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Critical thinking and result driven mindset
  • Agile and can work under high pressure
  • Leader as coach

3. Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of proven tracking record in Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, Affiliate). Experience in Amazon advertising tools and Sporting Goods is PREFERRED
  • You have an understanding of the fundamentals of content marketing, knowledge of golden rules for digital customer experience. At the same time, you need an operational mindset with high attention to the details.
