Job Description

Alfa PNP is an agency specializing in strategic consulting and brand development, digital marketing, event management, and corporate gifting. As part of our long-term team expansion, we are looking for at least two Digital Marketing Executives. This role is open to early-career candidates with an academic or practical background in communications or marketing, strong English skills, and a willingness to learn through structured on-the-job training.

2 Key Responsibilities

• Digital marketing execution: Support campaign planning and implementation across social media, email marketing, search, display advertising, and other online platforms.

• Content development: Develop, write, and adapt Vietnamese and English content for digital communication campaigns.

• Brand consistency: Maintain consistent brand visuals and messaging across digital platforms in line with each project's direction.

• Performance tracking and reporting: Compile data, monitor KPIs, support campaign performance reviews, and recommend areas for improvement.

• Market research: Track digital marketing trends, audience behavior, and communications activities within relevant industries.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Content, Design, Event, and other teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

• Other responsibilities: Handle additional tasks assigned by management.

3 Requirements

• Educational background: A degree or ongoing studies in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field.

• Experience: Less than one year of experience with media projects or direct experience managing digital channels is an advantage.

• English proficiency: Strong written and spoken English is required. Candidates must be able to understand briefs, develop content, and communicate effectively in English.

• Digital marketing knowledge: A basic understanding of social media, content marketing, and digital advertising channels. Experience with Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn Ads and analytics tools is an advantage.

• Content skills: Clear writing ability, good visual judgment, and the ability to adapt messages for different digital platforms.

• Working skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; effective teamwork; a proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and learning-focused mindset.
