Job Description

Job Title: ​Digital Ads Executive ​

Job Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Execution & Management

Directly set up, manage, and optimize daily advertising campaigns on assigned

channels:

Shopee Ads: Keyword Ads, Discovery Ads, Shop Ads.

Shopee Offsite CPAS: Collaborate on implementing CPAS cmpaigns on the

Meta platform.

TikTok Ads: Execute GMV-focused campaigns, Video Shopping Ads (VSA), and

especially Live Shopping Ads (LSA) for client livestreams.

Monitor and allocate daily budgets, ensuring efficient spending and adherence to KPIs.

Conduct continuous A/B testing on creatives, copy, target audiences, and bidding

strategies to maximize performance.

Execute advertising plans for livestream sessions: pre-live setup to attract viewers,

in-live boosting to drive traffic and engagement, and post-live retargeting to secure

conversions.

2. Monitoring & Reporting

Track key metrics and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports

using team templates.

Closely monitor crucial KPIs: Spend, Impressions, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, Orders,

GMV, CPO, CIR, ROAS.

Provide basic analysis and optimization suggestions to the team lead.

3. Collaboration & Learning

Work closely with internal teams (Account, Creative) to ensure consistent messaging

and creative alignment.

Proactively stay updated with the latest algorithms, features, and ad formats from

Shopee and TikTok.

Actively participate in internal training sessions to enhance skills and professional

Knowledge.

Job Requirements:

Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in running e-commerce

advertising campaigns. Agency or in-house brand experience is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Mandatory: Proficiency and hands-on experience with Shopee Ads and TikTok

Ads Manager tools.

  • Experience with CPAS and livestream advertising is a major advantage.
  • Ability to read and understand core advertising metrics.

Mindset & Qualities:

  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
  • A logical mindset with a passion for working with numbers.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and not afraid to experiment with new approaches.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure, especially during mega sale seasons and

livestreams.

Plus: Experience with clients in the FMCG or Health & Beauty industries.

Benefits:

Salary: 10.000.000 VND - 14.000.000 VND + Bonus

Working hours: Monday to Friday

Annual leave: 15 days + 1 extra birthday leave

13th-month salary, Lunar New Year bonus, holiday bonuses, and annual company trip

Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance as required by Vietnamese law.
