[WE ARE HIRING] DEVOPS ENGINEER — Scaling Cloud & GenAI Infrastructure
(SALARY UP TO 55 mil)
At Papaya Insurtech, we are pioneering GenAI-driven digital transformation for the insurance sector across Southeast Asia and Asia. To safeguard our rapidly scaling ecosystem and elevate our security posture, we are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City.
Location: 2nd Floor, Sun Village, 31-33 Nguyen Van Dau, HCMC (Binh Thanh District)
Work Hours: Monday – Friday (09:00 – 18:00)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 6+ years in software/system engineering, with 4+ years dedicated to DevOps, DevSecOps, or Cloud Platforms.
- Core Tech Stack: Deep hands-on mastery of AWS, Kubernetes (K8s), IaC (Terraform/Pulumi), and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Security Mindset: Strong foundation in cloud security hardening, threat modeling, IAM, and data protection.
- AI-Native Thinker: Proven experience using AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) with an eagerness to standardize workflows on Claude Code.
- Leadership & Communication: Clear architectural vision, proactive problem-solving, and crisp cross-functional communication.
