ROLE: DEVOPS ENGINEER
Working Location: Hybrid in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

JOB SUMMARY
- CMC Global is looking for a DevOps Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join a large-scale technology project.
- The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with AWS, infrastructure automation, containerization, CI/CD, monitoring, and system operations.
- Good English communication skills are required to work effectively with international stakeholders and technical teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, including EC2, ECS, EKS, S3, and IAM.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Harness, and related tools.
- Build and manage containerized applications using Docker, EKS, and ECS.
- Develop and maintain Python and Shell scripts for automation and system operations.
- Implement observability, logging, and monitoring solutions using tools such as Splunk, OpenSearch, or ELK Stack.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration with microservices.
- Ensure system security, performance, reliability, and compliance with technical standards.
- Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and on-call operations.
- Continuously improve infrastructure, automation, and operational processes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a related role.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services and Cloud Architecture.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
- Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Jenkins and/or Harness.
- Strong understanding of containerization with Docker and container orchestration.
- Experience with Shell scripting for system automation.
- Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as Splunk, OpenSearch, or ELK Stack.
- Good understanding of DevOps practices, Git-based workflows, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with service mesh, secret management tools such as HashiCorp Vault, or security automation is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
NICE TO HAVE
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer certification.
- Experience with Kubernetes-native tools such as Helm and ArgoCD.
- Experience working with large-scale cloud environments.
- Experience in security automation and infrastructure security.
