EuroCham Vietnam is looking for a full-time Design & Digital Communications Officer based in Ho Chi Minh city.
MAIN DUTIES
Design
- In charge of supervising EuroCham brand identity and maintaining/upgrading brand guidelines for EuroChams visual communications under the supervision of the Head of MarCom
- Develop creative concepts and execute design projects, including print, digital, and event materials, in alignment with EuroChams strategic goals
- Work closely with EuroCham team to create visual assets that support marketing campaigns, events, publications, and other initiatives, serving as the main point of contact for design-related queries
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and that project timelines are met
Social Media
- Oversee the scheduling and publishing of social media content across EuroChams platforms in close collaboration with the Content Officer and in alignment with the strategic plan
- Manage EuroChams social media accounts, including LinkedIn and Facebook, ensuring each platform is used effectively to reach its target audience
- Monitor and maintain engage with EuroChams social media audience by responding to comments, messages, and interactions promptly, fostering a strong online community
- Track and analyse social media performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports to the Head of MarCom with insights and recommendations for improvement
- Monitor social media for potential issues and escalate any negative feedback or crises to the Head of MarCom, proposing solutions for resolution
Website Lead and Maintenance
- Oversee the maintenance and management of the Chambers website, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and user experience
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Design, Communications, Marketing or a related field
- 3 years of relevant work experience
- Fluent written and spoken English and Vietnamese
- Strong experience and technical skills with design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and social media tools (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Experience with WordPress, Elementor, and website management
- Computer literacy, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, (Publisher is a plus)
