About the role:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Deputy Manager, Talent Acquisition to serve as a key partner to the Senior Leadership at Nguyen Hoang Group. This role is responsible for supporting the Recruitment Director in executing high-level headhunting strategies across our multiple functional teams. You will play a critical role in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a professional candidate experience and a robust talent pipeline across our diverse ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the charge in headhunting for complex, niche, and senior-level positions across the Group's business units.
- Act as a specialized consultant to Hiring Managers to define technical/professional requirements and provide data-driven market intelligence and salary benchmarks.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring high-quality hires and optimal time-to-fill for critical business functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in recruitment; Strong preference for candidates with experience in IT and Real Estate/Construction sectors.
- Highly preferred candidates with a combined background in Agency (Headhunting) and Internal Recruitment for large corporations.
- Exceptional command of English.
- Superior networking skills, a hunter mindset, and the ability to work independently under intense pressure to meet strategic project deadlines.
