Deputy Legal Manager - Investment & Healthcare

About the role:

We are seeking a strategic and highly experienced Deputy Legal Manager (M&A & Healthcare) to serve as a key partner to the Senior Leadership at Nguyen Hoang Group. This role is responsible for supporting the M&A Legal Director in executing high-stakes transactions and overseeing the legal framework of our healthcare system. You will play a critical role in managing the entire M&A lifecycle while ensuring operational compliance and risk control across our network of business units.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Legal at Law Firms or large corporations; including at least 2-3 years of direct involvement in M&A transactions.
• In-depth knowledge of Investment Law, Corporate Law, Labor, Land, and Real Estate.
• Strong preference for candidates with legal experience in conditional business sectors such as Healthcare.
• Possession of a Lawyer's Practicing Certificate is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional command of English in legal terminology, contract drafting, and negotiation.
• Superior analytical thinking.
• Advanced project management skills.
• High resilience, proactivity, and the ability to work independently under intense pressure.
