As Country Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving business targets within the Country, ensuring the development, offering and negotiation up to contract signature.
You will be a key leader within the Sales Team in the South East Asia Pacific Region, able to fully integrate within Ansaldo Energia Group.
Your tasks
- Represent the sales projects and Ansaldo Energia in your Country and in South East Asia Pacific, and drive the sales team along internal processes with special focus on selling strategy, contract negotiation and risk management
- Ensure the achievement of the sales targets by developing sales strategies, managing and motivating sales teams, building client relationships, analyzing sales data
- Lead the sales process from pre-acquisition over acquisition and tendering to negotiation and handover to execution
- Promote the best possible cooperation with the tender and engineering teams to collect all the information needed to prepare competitive offers proposing customized solutions matching the market needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices
- Ensure the set up and management of a local branch in your Country
- Support localization and partnership initiatives in your Country
Requirements
- Master's degree in engineering or business administration, with an in-depth proven experience in offering and selling large complex Power Generation products and solutions
- 8 – 10 years of relevant experience in commercial and technical negotiations of large-scale Power Generation, Compression or Transmission & Distribution projects
- Knowledge of power plant technology, of main products (gas turbines, steam turbines and generators) and related systems and services
- Knowledge of the drivers of today's power industry and projects financing set up
- Reliable, creative, flexible and enthusiastic team player
- Experience and ability to work within international teams, under pressure and in challenging situations
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Region and as needed to the Company HQ in Genoa, Italy
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams, coupled with strong analytical and customer relationship skills
- Excellent knowledge of English and local language. Italian language is a plus
