Deputy Human Resources Manager

Role Description

• Partner with the Head of HR to plan, direct, and oversee company-wide HR strategies, programs, and daily operations.
• Directly lead, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
• Drive the standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement of HR policies, C&B structures, talent acquisition frameworks, and employee relations.
• Actively contribute to enhance operational efficiency and workforce productivity.
• Oversee HR budgeting, headcount planning, recruitment cost management, and personnel expense controls.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the Executive Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of total experience within the Human Resources domain.
• Minimum 3+ years in leadership roles, with a proven track record of directly managing at least 2 functional HR teams.
• Prior experience in large-scale manufacturing enterprises or MNCs is strongly preferred.
• Business proficiency in English OR Chinese (fluent written and spoken communication for executive management reporting).
• Strong strategic mindset, systems thinking, and data analysis capabilities.
• Proven leadership, change management, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and local HR compliance standards.

Work location: Vedan Viet Nam, Phuoc Thai, Long Thanh, Dong Nai.

Work hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
