Responsibilities
- Implement the strategic directions and resolutions approved by the Chairman and the Board of Directors.
- Support and advise the General Director in all aspects of company operations.
- Develop short-term and long-term business plans aligned with the companys growth strategy.
- Directly manage and supervise Project Directors across three regions (North, Central, South), ensuring the achievement of core performanceindicators: safety, quality, progress, construction methods, documentation, external relations, and cost efficiency.
- Propose initiatives to improve management efficiency and organizational performance.
- Oversee workforce planning, task allocation, and executive management team coordination.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders (investors, consultants, contractors, subcontractors) to ensure successful project execution.
- Evaluate and select suitable subcontractors for construction projects.
- Work closely with relevant departments of the parent company to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports on business and project performance to the General Director/Board of Directors/Chairman.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Director/Board of Directors/Chairman.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical fields. MBA or Project Management certifications are an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in project management, construction, and supervision in civil, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- At least 4 years in a senior leadership role (Deputy General Director/Director or equivalent).
- Strongly preferred: Experience in pre-engineered steel buildings and factory construction.
