Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Implement the strategic directions and resolutions approved by the Chairman and the Board of Directors.
  • Support and advise the General Director in all aspects of company operations.
  • Develop short-term and long-term business plans aligned with the companys growth strategy.
  • Directly manage and supervise Project Directors across three regions (North, Central, South), ensuring the achievement of core performanceindicators: safety, quality, progress, construction methods, documentation, external relations, and cost efficiency.
  • Propose initiatives to improve management efficiency and organizational performance.
  • Oversee workforce planning, task allocation, and executive management team coordination.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders (investors, consultants, contractors, subcontractors) to ensure successful project execution.
  • Evaluate and select suitable subcontractors for construction projects.
  • Work closely with relevant departments of the parent company to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports on business and project performance to the General Director/Board of Directors/Chairman.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Director/Board of Directors/Chairman.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical fields. MBA or Project Management certifications are an advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in project management, construction, and supervision in civil, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
  • At least 4 years in a senior leadership role (Deputy General Director/Director or equivalent).
  • Strongly preferred: Experience in pre-engineered steel buildings and factory construction.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strategic planning, resource allocation, and financial management.
  • Strong leadership with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a systems-thinking approach.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Team-oriented but confident in personal expertise and viewpoints.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
