Job Description
The Deputy CFO will oversee financial management for manufacturing units, ensuring effective cost control, cash flow planning, and profitability analysis. This role coordinates between factories and the Group, supports financial strategy, and manages the finance teams at the factory level.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and control budgets, accounting operations, and cash flow across factories.
- Analyze profitability by unit and improve accounting/reporting systems.
- Monitor production costs (materials, labor, overhead) and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Support pricing strategies and optimize financial performance.
- Oversee cash flow, loans, and inter-company fund allocation.
- Standardize reporting systems and ERP/MIS implementation.
- Manage and develop finance teams at factory level.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
- At least 5 years experience in financial management for large-scale companies
- Solid knowledge of finance, accounting standards, and business regulations.
- Experience in manufacturing/retail preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese.
