Job Description
JD:
- Control and manage replenishment execution (auto / de-auto) to ensure compliance with the approved demand plan.
- Ensure data accuracy, master data consistency, and the stability of the replenishment system.
- Act as the key coordination point between Demand Planning, Merchandising, Logistics, DC, and Suppliers to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.
- Monitor and analyze inventory and service KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, OOS, Inventory, Service Level) and conduct root cause analysis.
- Optimize replenishment rules, parameters, and processes for continuous improvement and to support peak periods/seasonality (Tết, promotions, new store openings).
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
Qualification & experience: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
Experience: 3 years in demand planning, replenishment, or supply chain roles (retail/FMCG/Food preferred).
Functional skill: Demand planning & replenishment control; Inventory management; Data analysis & forecasting
Office Skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Power Pivot, Power BI
