II/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and operate the development team to deliver services to customers under the SaaS model, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Establish, monitor, and analyze team performance metrics and customer satisfaction levels to identify issues and develop solutions for improvement.
- Manage and develop team resources (recruitment, training, evaluation, etc.).
- Collaborate with other project teams to resolve related issues.
III/ REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Have 3 years of experience as a Delivery Manager/ Project Manager or relevant position (Preferably starting from Developer)
- Experienced in working with the Python programming language.
- Project management: managing the team to carry out the work on time.
- Problem-solving: identify the source of the issue and find a solution that satisfies the clients needs.
- Leadership: Motivate the team and create a positive work environment for the team to complete projects.
- Fluency in English: Able to communicate with international clients.
