The Opportunity
We are seeking a Delivery Manager to lead the execution of multi-platform development projects (web, app, backend) across industries, with a primary focus on fashion and consumer brands. This is a client-facing role that requires cross-functional leadership, solution-oriented thinking, and strong delivery discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery: from discovery to deployment and post-launch support.
- Scope and manage multiple digital projects (websites, e-commerce platforms, mobile/web apps, backend systems).
- Liaise with clients to translate business goals into technical requirements and execution plans.
- Oversee agile teams of developers, designers, QA and DevOps to deliver on time and within scope.
- Ensure delivery quality, performance tracking, and client satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement and post-launch optimization.
- Contribute to technical proposals, RFPs, and platform strategy when needed.
Requirements
- 46+ years of experience managing digital product delivery or consulting projects.
- Proven expertise across the full lifecycle of web and app development.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, CMS, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and DevOps processes.
- Client-facing communication, stakeholder alignment, and project leadership skills.
- Experience working in or with fast-growth industries like fashion, retail, or D2C is a plus.
- Experience working at Big 4 consulting firms (IT Advisory/Technology line) or FPT Software is a strong plus.
