DCEO/COO of Annam Group s Affiliate (NGO)

We are seeking highly experienced DCEO/COO to drive governance, operational excellence, and strategic execution. This role will translate the Board's strategic direction into measurable plans, budgets, and KPIs while ensuring sustainable organizational growth.

Requirements & Competencies

•   Senior executive leadership experience in governance-driven organizations.
•   Strong background in finance, internal controls, risk management, and organizational governance.
•   Proven ability to develop strategy, set KPIs, and drive execution.
•   Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and Board engagement skills.
•   Knowledge of EPR, sustainability, environmental, or NGO sectors is a plus.
•   Strong leadership, problem-solving, and change management capabilities.
