What you can expect

Position

A Data Scientist applies and develops methods for extracting knowledge or insights from data of any kind and realizes algorithms for data evaluation according to requirements.

Responsibilities

• Designing and applying methods for extraction of information from data of any kind
• Designing and improving numeric methods (algorithms) according to requirements
• Definition of algorithm test procedures
• Providing support for integration of algorithms in MVPs (Minimum Viable Products).
• Providing support for reimplementation of algorithms and MVPs
• Deriving technical parameters and specifications from measured data
• Creation and maintenance of related technical documentation
• Researching, rating and implementing development tools
  
  

What you will bring

• Good knowledge in at least one of the following subjects: numerics, signal & image processing, machine learning, software development
• Application of methods without further insight
• Good knowledge of ROSEN software interfaces
• Product and domain knowledge in corresponding technology
• University degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, physics, electronics or equivalent
• At least 2 years experience in algorithmic development or at least 3 years in the same position
• Proficiency in English communication
