As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a detailed-oriented Data Quality Analyst with strong problem-solving skills.
This role is ideal for early-career individuals that have strong knowledge in SQL and Python. Understanding of the corporate, business and capital market knowledge is a plus.
Position is based in Hanoi and we have a work arrangement of 3 days work in office on hybrid working as per company policy.
Job Responsibilities
- Gain expertise in diverse datasets, understanding sources and structures within the company's business ecosystem.
- Create and optimize SQL/Python queries to meet data requirements efficiently.
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc data audits, documenting findings and corrective actions.
- Analyze data discrepancies, collaborating with Engineering to identify and resolve recurring issues. Implement data patching and validate results to ensure no negative downstream impacts.
- Design and maintain a data audit pipeline for ongoing monitoring of data quality across datasets and AI models.
- Build and sustain interactive Data Quality Dashboards to track metrics such as completeness and accuracy.
- Document data quality issues and present dashboards for management briefings on reliability. Support data curation tasks, ensuring compliance with quality and accuracy standards.

Qualifications
- Experience with Data Management and related tools, e.g. SQL, Python, Power BI
- Min 1 - 2 years of working experience related with Data Quality or Data Management function. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work independently with good communication skills, must be competent in English
- Detail-oriented with a logical and clear thinking process.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Management Information System, Business Information Technology, Business, Finance or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with business or finance concepts, listed company disclosures is a plus (training will be provided)
