Title: Data Analyst

Working time: Mon - Fri | 9:00 - 18:00
Salary:15tr Gross + 780K Lunch + 200K Parking fee
The role holder will:
- Develop and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
- Build and automate incentive and sales performance reports for distributors and sales teams.
- Extract, consolidate, and process data from multiple sources, including SAP, DMS, HRM, and Excel.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve, cleanse, and transform data for analysis.
- Analyze business and operational data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Design KPI dashboards, management reports, and data visualizations for business stakeholders.
- Monitor data accuracy, validate reports, and ensure dashboard performance and reliability.
- Identify business trends, process improvement opportunities, and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Prepare presentation materials and communicate analytical findings to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Sales Operations and digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development and maintenance.
- Proficient in SQL, DAX, Power Query (M), Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, Business Intelligence concepts, and data visualization best practices.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills.
- Experience in FMCG, Distribution, or Sales Operations is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Platform, Data Warehouse, or AI/ML applications is a plus.
- Good English communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
