About Care

Care is a healthcare technology company headquartered in Singapore, focusing on innovative digital solutions in the medical and healthcare field. We work closely with Raffles Medical Group to develop the Raffles Connect App, a leading platform for integrated healthcare services. Our team in Singapore oversees product, operations, technology, and sales, while our core software development team is based in Vietnam. Together, we're dedicated to improving healthcare accessibility and quality through technology.

Position Overview

As a Data Analyst, you will leverage your analytical expertise and business acumen to turn data into insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. With 3-5 years of experience, you are expected to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, BD/MKT, Finance, Operations, Design,...), and deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights across departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical

BAU tasks:

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities.  
  • Conduct exploratory and statistical analysis to support strategic initiatives and projects.  
  • Design and develop business, operational, and product performance dashboards (e.g., GMV, conversion rates, SLAs, user retention) to monitor key metrics and detect anomalies aligned with company objectives using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.  
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by performing rigorous data validation and cleansing to ensure data sources are reliable and relevant to the team's purposes.  
  • Design, implement solutions and best practices with automation and scalability in mind, to empower end-users to become self-reliant. 
  • Support development of data-driven product features, such as personalized recommendations. 

Side projects:

  • Lead initiatives such as the Voice of Customer program by integrating and analyzing feedback from multiple platforms using NLP techniques (e.g., sentiment analysis, topic modeling).  
  • Drive dashboard migration projects (e.g., from Superset to PowerBI), optimize data architecture, and standardize metric definitions to reduce costs and enhance reliability.  
  • Develop unified data assets (e.g., user and product profiles, event logs) to support scalable and consistent reporting. 

2. Business Acumen

  • Translate business questions into structured data analysis and communicate results effectively.  
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations regarding feature performance, user behaviors, segmentation, user feedback, campaign performance (e.g., cohort analysis, RFM segmentation, LTV analysis)... to generate actionable insights for product development, sales, and marketing strategy.  
  • Conducting market & user research, to get deeply insight on market & user behaviors.  
  • Make ad-hoc reports & data analysis duties or other responsibilities as required. 

3. Communication

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting needs aligned with organizational business goals. Partner with engineering teams (data engineer, software engineer, product manager,...) to define and implement data models, pipelines, and event tracking strategies for key product features and analytics initiatives.  
  • Present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science & Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.  
  • >= 2 years of experience in data analysis or related roles.  
  • Experience with Business Intelligent/Analytics/Statistics tools, languages (Google BigQuery, Google Data Studio, R, Python, etc.) and event tracking tools (e.g., Segment) and cloud platforms (e.g., BigQuery, VertexAI).  
  • Very strong analytical skill, capable of independently planning and conducting business analyses (both quantitative and qualitative) and turning complex data into actionable insights.  
  • Able to understand and represent business and user needs, distilling insights to set strong roadmap that meet short and long term needs. 
  • Excellent communication skill and strong business mindset: thinking beyond the analyses, combining creativity with business practicality to deliver high-impact initiatives.  
  • Experience working directly with software engineers and other teams. Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written).
