What You'll Do

  • Automated Reporting: Transition manual, copy-paste People & Culture tasks into automated workflows using Excel and Power BI.
  • Data Maintenance: Perform routine data cleaning and validation to ensure people metrics (headcount, attrition, DEI, remuneration) are accurate.
  • Dashboard Support: Assist in the development of Power BI dashboards, ensuring stakeholders have reliable, automated access to key performance indicators.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Fulfill basic data requests from People & Culture stakeholders, providing clear, step-by-step documentation for every report produced.
  • Process Documentation: Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring data tasks to ensure consistency and scalability.

Key Criteria


  • English (Mandatory): Must have outstanding English speaking and writing skills to work within an international business environment.
  • Effective Communication: Proven ability to convey information effectively and bridge the gap between technical data and business needs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Able to explain complex technical problems to non-technical persons (specifically People & Culture staff) in a clear, simplified, and patient manner.
  • MS Excel: Mastery of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic Power Query.
  • SQL: Ability to write basic queries (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, GROUP BY) to extract data from relational databases.
  • Data Modelling: Understanding of basic data model building. (Snowflake, Bigquery, Redshift)
  • Power BI: Familiarity with connecting to data sources, writing simple DAX measures (e.g., SUM, AVERAGE, CALCULATE) for report visualizations, and working with Power BI in Microsoft Fabric.
  • Bonus Tools (Plus): Exposure to the Databricks environment is a significant advantage, and familiarity with Workday Adaptive is a nice bonus.

Work setup


  • Ho Chi Minh City (Ree Tower, Xom Chieu Ward): Vietnam business hours (8 am 5 pm) with a hybrid setup (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
