Junior Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Write and optimize SQL queries on Customer Data Platform (CDP) to extract and analyze large datasets for business insights.
• Support CRM team with customer segmentation, campaign targeting, and performance tracking.
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Develop automation and data pipelines to streamline reporting and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with business, insights, IT, and data teams to translate requirements into data solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics / BI or related roles.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
• Basic experience with Python or R for data analysis or automation.

Preferred

• Experience with data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake).
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
