Job Description:
1/ Data Insight
- Conducting data analysis to generate insights for routine operations, key projects, and automating daily reports.
- Translating data into valuable insights and presenting results and recommendations.
- Monitoring performance, conducting deep dives, and proposing improvements.
- Regularly reviewing and analyzing key metrics to develop reports, drive continual optimization, and enhance Rider performance efficiency.
2/ Reporting and Project coordination
- Creating and designing presentations to update upper management on project status and performance, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in any position related to Data Analysis, Project Management, and Coordination experience in e-commerce logistics is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Familiarity with technical tools such as SQL/Python is advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail, strong data analysis skills, and effective communication abilities.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal.
- Experience in data-driven project management and implementation is highly desirable
