Data & AI Solution Architect (Senior Manager level)

About the Role

GREENFEED operates an integrated Feed – Farm – Food – Logistics value chain and is accelerating its Data & AI transformation across the Group. We are looking for a Data & AI Solution Architect to design secure, scalable, and practical solutions across enterprise data platforms, analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI, and AI Agents.

This role will play an important part in shaping how Data & AI capabilities are architected, integrated, and scaled across the Group, working on real-world business challenges spanning manufacturing, agriculture, supply chain, finance, and corporate functions.

What You Will Do

• Design end-to-end Data & AI solutions for data platforms, data warehouses, BI & analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI, enterprise search, RAG and AI Agent use cases.
• Translate business requirements into solution architecture including key components, data flows, integrations, security controls and non-functional requirements.
• Shape data platform and analytics architecture covering ingestion, transformation, data models, semantic layers, data serving, reporting, self-service analytics and advanced analytics.
• Define secure AI architecture including controlled access to enterprise data and APIs, model access, AI gateways, authentication, logging, monitoring, guardrails and data protection.
• Design integration patterns across ERP, operational systems, IoT/OT platforms and enterprise applications using APIs, events, batch processing or integration platforms, while minimizing point-to-point integration.
• Embed security and governance by design working with Cybersecurity and Technology GRC on IAM, encryption, data masking, privacy, audit logging and access control.
• Review vendor solutions and technical proposals identify architecture gaps, dependencies, risks and trade-offs, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Support delivery through implementation working with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, AI Engineers, application teams and vendors to validate designs, resolve architectural issues and move PoCs/MVPs into stable production solutions.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Approximately 7+ years of technology experience, including hands-on solution architecture experience across Data, Analytics, Cloud or AI.
• Practical experience with cloud data platforms, data lakes/data warehouses, SQL, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, BI/semantic models, APIs/system integration and cloud architecture.
• Good understanding of security, IAM, data governance, data privacy, availability, scalability and observability.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to evaluate architecture trade-offs based on business value, delivery speed, cost, scalability and operational practicality.
• Ability to communicate architecture and technical decisions clearly to both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• A hands-on mindset: able to go beyond architecture diagrams and work with delivery teams to turn designs into working solutions.
