We are expanding our Data & AI organization and looking for talented professionals across Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and Data Science to build large-scale data products and solve strategic business and technology challenges.

Key Responsibilities

For Data Analyst Role:

• Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable business insights.
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks to monitor business performance.
• Define and track key business and product metrics.
• Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
• Partner with Product, Business, Data, and Technology teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Support experimentation, performance measurement, and business optimization initiatives.

For Data Engineer Role:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data integration workflows.
• Develop and optimize Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and Lakehouse architectures.
• Build reliable batch and real-time data processing solutions.
• Ensure data quality, availability, scalability, and performance across the data ecosystem.
• Develop data models and datasets supporting Analytics, Data Science, and AI use cases.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Engineering teams to deliver production-grade data solutions.

For Data Scientist Role:

• Develop machine learning and statistical models to solve complex business problems.
• Build solutions across forecasting, customer analytics, recommendation, segmentation, optimization, and predictive modeling.
• Perform feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and experimentation.
• Work with Engineering and MLOps teams to productionize and continuously improve models.
• Analyze large-scale datasets and translate findings into measurable business impact.
• Explore and apply advanced AI/ML techniques where relevant to business use cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Relevant experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large-scale datasets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with large-scale consumer, fintech, e-commerce, mobility, telecommunications, or technology platforms.
• Experience building data products or solutions with measurable business impact.
• Exposure to AI/ML products, experimentation, recommendation, forecasting, or optimization is an advantage.
• Experience working in large-scale or cloud-native data environments.
