This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise and strategic thinking to drive digital transformation initiatives.

What Youll Own & Drive

- Architect the future with strategic roadmaps and visionary planning

- Develop and deliver next-gen solutions: AI platforms, IoT apps, smart automation

- Explore emerging tech trends and translate insights into competitive advantages

- Collaborate across departments to turn prototypes into commercial successes

- Ensure top-tier quality, reliability, and creativity in every solution

- Advise senior management with clear progress updates and strategic insights

What Were Looking For

- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, or similar

- 35+ years in R&D technology (ML or AI)

- Hands-on with cutting-edge models: CNN, RNN, YOLO, Transformer, BERT, T5...

- Master of data - from preprocessing to image and text analysis, NLP, OCR

- Proficiency with Git/GitLab, CI/CD, Docker, MLOps frameworks (MLow, ClearML)

- Skilled in quantization and model optimization for deployment formats (ONNX, TFLite, TensorRT)
