We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer who is passionate about building and deploying practical AI/ML solutions. You will contribute both technical expertise and collaborative problem-solving to help turn ideas into impactful, real-world AI products.
I. What Youll Do
- Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions (LLM, RAG pipelines, semantic search, AI agents).
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and propose solutions.
- Participate in demos, POCs, and pre-sales activities when needed.
- Integrate and optimize AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
II. What Youll Bring
- Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- 4-5+ years of experience in Python with AI/ML libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Proven experience in AI/ML development, preferably in NLP/LLM (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA).
- Solid understanding of RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ideas into deployable solutions.
- Good teamwork and English skills.
Nice to have
- Exposure to pre-sales activities, solution demos, or proof-of-concept projects.
- Familiarity with Big Data frameworks (Spark, Databricks) or Cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience in Computer Vision, Speech Recognition, or GANs.
