About the Company
We are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer with solid experience in AWS cloud and applied AI/ML development. The role focuses on building recommendation systems, semantic search engines, and LLM-based agents solutions using modern AI frameworks and cloud-native infrastructure. Responsibilities
- Build and deploy recommendation engines (e.g., user-item matrix, deep learning rankers) using SageMaker, Personalize, or custom frameworks
- Implement semantic search pipelines using embedding models, vector DBs (e.g. OpenSearch, Pinecone, FAISS), and retrieval logic
- Develop LLM-based chatbots using tools like SageMaker JumpStart, Bedrock, LangChain, and implement RAG pipelines
- Integrate AI services into scalable systems using AWS: Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, API Gateway
- Optimize and serve models for real-time inference and low-latency response
- Work closely with MLOps to productionize models with monitoring, logging, and version control
- Conduct A/B testing and evaluate models with business-aligned KPIs
Qualifications
Must Have:
- 3+ years in ML/AI engineering, with 2+ years hands-on AWS experience
- Strong Python and deep learning skills (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
- Experience deploying models on AWS: SageMaker, Lambda, API Gateway
- Familiarity with LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.) and prompt engineering
- Strong foundation in recommendation systems, embeddings, and vector similarity search
- Experience with vector stores (OpenSearch, Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
- Understanding of MLOps concepts (CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom RAG frameworks
- AWS ML Specialty Certification
- Background in personalization, NLP, or conversational AI
- Familiarity with Bedrock, Kendra, or Amazon Lex for enterprise chatbot deployment
